How DevEx cash-out works

What is the DevEx minimum?
You currently need at least 30,000 Earned Robux to cash out through DevEx, and you must meet Roblox's eligibility rules — be at least 13, have a verified email, a DevEx portal account with the required tax form, and an account in good standing. Roblox Premium has not been required since January 2022.
How is DevEx USD calculated?

Why is my payout lower than the calculator shows?
Robux earned before September 5, 2025 still cash out at the old $0.0035 rate, so a balance that mixes old and new Robux pays a little less than the new rate suggests. Only Earned Robux count — Robux you bought can't be exchanged.
Can I cash out Robux I bought?
No. DevEx only exchanges Earned Robux — Robux your experiences, items or passes earned from other players. Purchased Robux and gifted Robux are not eligible.
