BloxGFX is an AI-powered platform for generating game thumbnails and graphics. You describe what you want, and the system creates it. The service runs on a credit-based model.
How Credits Work
Credits are deducted the moment a generation starts. They do not expire during an active billing period.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BloxGFX. If you are between 13 and 16 and located in the EU, a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the service.
We offer both monthly and annual plans. All prices are listed in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel beforehand. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Currency conversion fees, if any, are applied by your bank or payment provider.
Each plan comes with a set number of credits per billing cycle. Unused credits carry over to the next cycle. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no monetary value outside the platform.
The free plan gives you 3 credits per month at basic resolution in 16:9 format. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the free plan at any time.
You own what you type into BloxGFX. By submitting a prompt, you confirm you have the right to use it. We grant you a broad, non-exclusive licence to use any images the platform generates for you. Keep in mind that AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique — other users may receive similar results from similar prompts.
Do not use BloxGFX to create anything illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or involving minors. Do not attempt to impersonate real people, reproduce copyrighted material without permission, or circumvent any limits or safeguards built into the system. We will suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any credits. Once credits are consumed, refunds are not available. Renewals that have already been processed cannot be reversed. Contact support@bloxgfx.com for refund requests.
All images are generated by AI. We make no guarantees about accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular use. BloxGFX has no affiliation with Roblox Corporation. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect losses. This does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You can also delete your account at any time from settings.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring claims in your local courts.
We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is significant, we will notify you. Continuing to use BloxGFX after changes take effect means you accept them.
