When you use BloxGFX, we collect your email address, basic account details, IP address, and data related to your usage such as generation history and credit balance. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we also process payment metadata through our payment provider. We never store your full card number.
We use your information to operate the platform, handle billing and subscriptions, detect and prevent misuse, and meet any legal requirements that apply to us.
We work with a small number of service providers who help us run BloxGFX. This includes Stripe for payments (acting as an independent controller), cloud infrastructure providers, AI generation services, and email delivery tools. Each provider is bound by data protection agreements.
Some of our providers operate outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. When transfers occur, they are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Your account information stays as long as your account is active. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Generated images are removed within 30 days of account closure unless we are legally obligated to retain them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data. You can also object to certain processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at support@bloxgfx.com.
We rely on contractual necessity (to provide the service you signed up for), legal obligations, legitimate interests (like fraud prevention), and consent where applicable.

BloxGFX is not designed for anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that a child has created an account, we will close it and delete the associated data.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and secure infrastructure.
